Ingredients:
Chicken: 2 boneless breast fillets
Capsicum: 1
Onion: 1
Tomatoes: 2
Ginger: 1 tea spoon
Garlic: 1 tea spoon
Lemon Juice:2 table Spoon
Oil: 1/2 cup
Tikka Masala(any brand of your choice): 2 Table spoon or to taste(increase or decrease the quantity as per your liking)
if you do not want to use any shop bought tikka masala then use the following ingredients
Red chilli powder: 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder: 1/2 tea spoon
Coriander powder: 1//4 tea spoon
Garam Masala: 1/2 tea spoon
Salt: 1/2 tea spoon
Method
- Cut the chicken breast fillets ,capsicum,tomatoes and onion in cube shape equally.
- Mix crushed ginger, garlic, lemon juice and tikka masala in a bowl.
- Coat chicken cubes with the marinade and leave it for an hour or so
- Thread chicken and vegetables onto skewers alternatively.
- Lightly oil the frying pan. Cook skewers on medium heat until chicken juices run clear and serve.
Serve as a side dish in dinner or lunch as a substitute for Kebabs.
